FintechMortgages is the operating name used by Shahid Mubeen, a licensed Mortgage Agent (Level 1) in the Province of Ontario, Canada, operating under the brokerage umbrella of Mortgage Alliance (Brokerage License #10530), which is licensed by and regulated under the authority of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA).
The services provided through this Website and through direct consultation include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assisting individuals and businesses in identifying and applying for residential and commercial mortgage products
- Providing information about mortgage rates, terms, amortization options, and lending conditions available in the Canadian marketplace
- Submitting mortgage applications on behalf of clients to lenders within our authorized lending network
- Providing pre-qualification assessments and mortgage affordability consultations
- Advising on mortgage renewals, refinancing options, and home equity products
